The division one league is in match day 5 of the 2017/18 season. As various teams gear up for their respective encounters, Okyeman planners, a division one club playing their trade in zone three has sent a strong word of caution to Accra Great Olympics ahead of Sunday week 5 match.
Mr. Charlse Boateng, the PRO for Okyeman Planners has sent a signal of wilderness to the home side, Accra Great Olympics that they are coming into the game like wounded lions. Planners, after playing 4 matches have won one and lost the remaining three which has placed them a little above the relegation zone.
According to Charles Boateng in an exclusive interview with wisetvonline.com reveled that, “the current position of Okyeman planners cannot be attributed to poor performance by the technical team and the playing body but rather referees intentions to dwindle our dreams of securing a promotion to the elite division. We feel a bit suspicious that the Football Association wants to frustrate Okyeman Planners to push us to division 2 all because our Owner and bank roller declared his intentions to context for the GFA presidency seat.”
“Going into the weekend encounter and the rest of the matches, if fair officiating is not given, Okyeman Planners will prove their supporters and Ghanaians what they are capable of, had it not been the timely intervention of management, supporters would have taken the laws into their own hands because of the sabotage and poor performance by referees, the PRO added.
